Returns / Damaged items

Buying from, if you receive your products and you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to submit your return. Remember that once you receive your item, you have one week to ship the item back to us.

Once we receive the product back, you'll get two compensation options:

  • Replacement order - We replace your original order.

  • Voucher - We email you a credit code with the same value as your original order.

  • Full Refund - We return the amount to your original payment method.

Worldwide shipping and customs does not offer international shipping at the time, but you can purchase products with our illustrations through the official retailers.

Remember that customs rules in various countries can frequently change, causing delays and at times, additional charges imposed by the receiving country. We recommend you to read the terms and conditions of the website before purchasing.

Intellectual property rights and licenses 

No reproduction or use of content without express permission. If you'd like to use or purchase a license for one of our illustrations or make a collaboration, please contact us with your proposal.
